Why Does This Exist?
It started with a perfectly reasonable question: "Can I wash the car right now, or am I about to waste my time?"
Standard weather apps tell you temperature and a chance of rain, but they don't answer the actual question a person holding a bucket is asking. You end up mentally juggling shower risk, drying speed, wind, and whether the sun will bake on water spots.
This site bridges that gap. It ingests forecast data and translates it into a simple, actionable verdict: wash now, wait, or no, tuned for UK weather and the practical reality of rinsing and drying on a driveway.
⚠️ A Word of Warning
We use high-resolution forecast models, but all weather is probabilistic. A 20% rain chance means it won'train eight times out of ten — but that remaining two-in-ten is usually when you've just finished drying the roof.
Use this app as a guide, not gospel. If the score is 75 but the clouds look "bruised," trust your eyes.
